This Privacy Policy applies to all games, products, services, and websites offered by Shusmo Games Ltd ("Shusmo", "we", "us"). It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We may provide product-specific privacy notices where a particular game needs to explain something in more detail.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Information You Provide

If you create an account or sign in, we collect the information needed to identify that account. Depending on how you sign in, this may include an email address, a social or platform account identifier (for example Google Play Games, Google, or Facebook), and any display name you choose. If you contact us for support, we collect whatever you include in that message.

Game and Account Data

We collect the data needed to run the game and keep your progress: your player identifier, saved progress, purchases and entitlements, in-game currency balances, and social features you use such as friends, guilds, chat messages, and leaderboard entries.

Device and Identifier Data

We and our partners collect device and usage information, including device model, operating system version, language, country, network type, and identifiers. Identifiers include the Advertising Identifier (the Apple IDFA on iOS or the Android Advertising ID on Android), and app-scoped identifiers we or our partners generate.

Approximate Location

We do not collect precise GPS location. Our partners derive an approximate location (typically country or region) from your IP address, which is used to serve relevant advertising, to apply the correct privacy rules for where you are, and to prevent fraud.

Crash, Analytics, and Usage Data

We collect crash reports, diagnostic logs, and gameplay analytics, such as which levels you reach, which features you use, and how the game performs on your device. This helps us fix bugs and improve the game.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, protect, and improve our games and services
• Save and restore your progress across devices
• Process and validate purchases
• Operate social features such as friends, guilds, chat, and leaderboards
• Serve and measure advertising, including interest-based advertising where permitted
• Measure the performance of our own marketing and attribute app installs
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with our legal obligations

2. Advertising and Our Ad Partners

Our games are supported by advertising. We use AppLovin MAX as our mediation platform, which selects and serves ads from a number of advertising networks. Those networks and our other service providers may collect and process your advertising identifier, approximate location, and information about your interaction with ads in order to serve and measure advertising, including interest-based (personalized) advertising.

Your advertising choices

• On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we and our partners do not access your IDFA for tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
• In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before any personalized advertising is served. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy Settings.
• In the United States, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for interest-based advertising in the game under Settings → Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Opting out does not mean you stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see will not be based on your personal information, and may be less relevant to you.

3. Information Sharing

Shusmo Games Ltd shares personal information in the following cases:

• With advertising and analytics partners – as described in Advertising and Our Ad Partners above, subject to the choices you make.
• With service providers – companies that process information on our behalf to host our servers, run our backend, process purchases, or provide support, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• With other players – information you choose to make visible through social features, such as your display name, guild membership, chat messages, and leaderboard position.
• For legal reasons – where necessary to:
  • Comply with laws or legal processes
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Shusmo, our users, or the public

If Shusmo Games Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will ensure the confidentiality of personal data and provide notice before any transfer.

4. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly. Because we allow our advertising partners to collect identifiers and advertising data through our games in order to show you interest-based advertising, this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

The categories of personal information that may be sold or shared in this sense are identifiers (such as advertising identifiers and device identifiers), internet or network activity (such as interactions with ads and in-game analytics events), and approximate geolocation (country or region derived from IP address). These are shared with the advertising partners listed above for the purpose of interest-based advertising and its measurement.

To opt out, open the game and go to Settings → Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or email business@Shusmo.io. Your choice is stored on your device and applies to that device.

5. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you have the following rights, subject to the limits in your state's law:

• Right to know / access – to learn what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
• Right to delete – to ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correct – to ask us to correct inaccurate personal information (not available in Utah).
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted or interest-based advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information – we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right to be offered.
• Right to non-discrimination – we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality experience because you exercised any of these rights.
• Right to appeal – if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to appeals within the time your state's law allows.

How to exercise these rights. To opt out of sale or sharing, use Settings → Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the game. To delete your account and associated data, use Settings → Delete Account in the game. For any other request, email business@Shusmo.io from the address associated with your account, or include your in-game player ID so we can locate your data. You may use an authorized agent where your state's law permits; we may ask for proof of authorization.

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required, we honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control on our website.

6. Your Rights in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Shusmo Games Ltd is the controller of your personal information, and you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Our legal bases for processing are:

• Performance of a contract – to provide the game, your account, saved progress, and purchases.
• Consent – for personalized advertising and the associated identifiers. We collect this through a Google-certified consent management platform before any personalized ads are served. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings.
• Legitimate interests – to secure our services, prevent fraud and cheating, understand how our games perform, and improve them. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Legal obligation – where we must retain or disclose information by law.

To exercise any of these rights, email business@Shusmo.io. You can also delete your account and its associated data directly in the game under Settings → Delete Account.

7. Children

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where required, we ask for your age before certain features are enabled.

If we identify a player as under the applicable age of consent, we disable interest-based advertising for that player, disable analytics identifiers used for advertising, and restrict social features. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact business@Shusmo.io and we will delete it.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account and game progress – for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account in the game, we delete or anonymize the associated data.
• Purchase records – for as long as required to support the purchase and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• Crash and analytics data – for the retention period of the relevant service provider, typically a rolling window measured in months.
• Support correspondence – for as long as needed to resolve your issue and keep a record of it.

9. International Transfers

Shusmo Games Ltd processes personal information on servers located in the United States and other countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from your own.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or on transfers to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.

10. Information Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include:

• Internal reviews of data practices
• Encryption in transit and secure storage
• Physical and access security measures

Access to personal information is limited to employees, contractors, and agents who need it to perform their duties. They are bound by confidentiality obligations and may face disciplinary action if they fail to comply.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.

Any changes will be posted on this page and the effective date below will be updated. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-game or email notification where applicable.

Other Sites

This Privacy Policy applies only to Shusmo Games Ltd services, products, and websites. It does not apply to services operated by others, including our advertising partners and the app stores, each of which has its own privacy policy.
