Shusmo Games Ltd
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all games, products, services, and websites offered by Shusmo Games Ltd ("Shusmo", "we", "us"), including Idle Block Miner (together, the "Services"). They form an agreement between you and Shusmo. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any of our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information and forms part
of these Terms. If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at:

The short version. This summary does not replace the full Terms below.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the use of online services, to use the Services. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services, including any purchases.
Some features, such as chat and interest-based advertising, may be limited or disabled depending on your age and where you live. See the Children section of our Privacy Policy.
When you first play, we create a guest account tied to your device. You can link that account to a sign-in provider, such as Google, Apple, or Facebook, to protect your progress and restore it on another device. If you play as a guest without linking a sign-in provider, your progress may be lost permanently if you uninstall the game, reset or lose your device, or clear the app's data. We cannot always recover progress for unlinked accounts.
You agree that:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This license ends if you stop using the Services, if your account is terminated, or if you breach these Terms.
Your use of a game downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store's terms, and where Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, it applies in addition to these Terms.
Our games include virtual currencies and items, such as Coins, Gems, Cash, tickets, tokens, boosts, passes, and other in-game content (together, "Virtual Items"). You can earn Virtual Items by playing, receive them as rewards, or obtain some of them with real money.
Our games are free to download and play. You can choose to make in-app purchases with real money. All purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded the game from (the Apple App Store or Google Play), under that store's terms and payment policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK). Virtual Items are digital content that is supplied to your account immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once the content has been delivered.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or other right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
Our games are supported by advertising from third-party partners, described in our Privacy Policy. Some games let you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products or services they promote. Ads may not always be available, and a reward is granted only when an ad is completed. We may change or remove rewarded ads at any time.
Using tools or methods to block, skip, fake, or automate ad views in order to obtain rewards is a breach of these Terms.
Our games may include online features such as friends, guilds, chat and direct messages, leaderboards, tournaments, guild wars, and events. To use them:
When using the Services, you agree not to:
If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may take action proportionate to the breach, with or without notice. This includes issuing a warning, muting or restricting chat, removing content or display names, removing you from a guild or leaderboard, resetting or removing progress or Virtual Items obtained through a breach, and temporarily suspending or permanently banning your account or device.
If you believe we have made a mistake, contact us at business@Shusmo.io with your in-game player ID, and we will review it.
Our games are live services and change over time. We may add, change, or remove features, content, events, and Virtual Items, release updates that you may need to install to keep playing, and, with reasonable notice where possible, discontinue a game or feature.
Some features require an internet connection. We work to keep the Services available and your progress safe, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country, or that saved progress will never be lost.
You can stop using the Services at any time. You can delete your account and its associated data in the game under Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing business@Shusmo.io. Deleting your account is permanent: your progress and Virtual Items, including purchased ones, are removed and cannot be restored.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including sections 4, 12, 14, 15, and 16, continue to apply.
The Services and everything in them, including the games, software, artwork, characters, music, sounds, text, logos, trademarks, and Virtual Items, are owned by Shusmo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.
The Services rely on and may link to services provided by third parties, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, sign-in providers (Google, Apple, and Facebook), and advertising partners. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some countries do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shusmo and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the game concerned during the 12 months before the claim arose, and (b) 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you have a problem with the Services, please contact us first at business@Shusmo.io. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try to resolve a dispute informally before starting any formal proceedings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Shusmo Games Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. However, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where its law gives you that right.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Services or to the law. Any changes will be posted on this page and the effective date below will be updated. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-game notification. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and may delete your account.
